Overall very satisfied with the brace. But there is definitely room for improvement in the process. It took a fairly long time (6 weeks) for the brace to be sent after we shipped the mold. We didn't hear anything for a month but there was a response when when emailed asking when we could expect the brace. The brace arrived with NO instructions on how to apply or clean. The velcro straps were way too long, as if no one bothered to adjust them to fit the mold. Not wanting our dog to go without a brace for another extended period of time, we opted to perform the adjustments ourselves. That part was relatively easy and AOC mailed us the parts (foam button, etc) that we needed.

The knee brace we purchased was high quality (our vet was impressed!) and effective in helping stabilize our dog's knee. By no fault of the brace, our dog's knee condition was too far advanced for the brace to be a permanent solution, but for the time period we used it (approximately 3 months between diagnosis of a probable CCL tear to when we decided to do surgery) it was quite effective. The entire process of ordering, casting, and receiving the brace was very smooth. I highly recommend AOC.

This kit came with everything we needed and the instructions were thorough; the video instructions were very helpful as well. It did take three people to help hold our dog and wrap the cast material, luckily my dog was fairly cooperative.

The custom brace has been working well to give my dog additional support due to a partial tear. It fits well and must be comfortable because it does not seem to bother him when he is wearing it.
