Had a great experience with this company. They had some issues with a machine and delayed our knee brace but the customer service team kept us well informed and compensated us for the delay. The brace fits great and has helped my dog along her aging path. They sent me an additional pad to keep the brace from chaffing. One small issue is that the screws come loose over time and you have to retighten them. Hoping I don’t lose a piece on a dog walk. Otherwise, great results.

But more for a large dog. I found the brace challenging to get on my 40 pound dog’s leg - not because she struggled, but more because the very close positioning of the straps. We only used it for 2 weeks then stopped. She’s doing ok tho it’s a slow recovery.

The whole process getting the leg brace ordered was a little bit of a challenge but customer support was very helpful. It did take longer than it should have for the brace to be delivered, overall I would recommend Ortho bracing for any dog with a torn CCL rather than expensive surgery.
