Technology

EM TECHNOLOGY

  • The gentle pulses from our device increase the production of Nitric Oxide.
  • The treatment increases blood flow and reduces edema/swelling in the area.
  • Our EM technology is often referred to as Pulsed Electromagnetic Field.
  • A higher frequency PEMF has been extensively used by NASA on astronauts to help increase bone mass.
  • Our device is optimized for pain management not bone growth stimulation.
  • EM technology is not the same as a TENS unit. A TENS device works by blocking pain receptors. Our EM technology works by promoting the body's natural healing response.
  • The process occurs on a cellular level:
    • It starts with Calcium binding with Calmodulin forming CACM.
    • The CACM then binds with an enzyme called endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS)
    • This reaction results in the production of Nitric Oxide, a healing molecule.

Use & Care

USE

  • We recommend you consult with your veterinarian to determine the best treatment plan.
  • For optimal results, we recommend completing one two-hour treatment every day for at least two weeks.
  • It is most common to see improvements after two weeks, however some pet owners may see results right away.
  • You may notice improvements in mood, increased levels of activity, changes in behavior, and ease of movement.
  • After seeing improvements with your pet, we recommend using the EMpower device on an as-needed basis.

CARE

  • Use an isopropyl-DAMP cloth to wipe the EMpower device.
  • Allow the EMpower device to dry thoroughly before reuse.
  • If signs of wear and tear appear on the EMpower device, discontinue use and contact your contact us at care@lilbackbracer.com.
  • To ensure that the lithium battery does not die prematurely, charge device every 3 months.

The only thing your pup will feel is relief!

HOW LONG SHOULD MY DOG USE THE EMPOWER DEVICE?

We recommend to consult with your Veterinarian to determine the best treatment plan for your pup. For optimal results, we recommend completing one two-hour treatment everyday for two weeks. After the initial 2 week period, you may use the EMpower Device as-needed to keep your pup comfortable.
